Beach Baker is currently working with a leading managing agent to recruit an Estate Manager for a business park in Maidenhead. The Estate Manager be responsible for managing the day to day operations of the buildings including tenant liaison, contractor management, health & safety compliance and preparation and management of the annual service charge budgets.
