Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has acquired a 100,000 sq ft unit at the Newbridge Link Industrial Estate, near Edinburgh for Kloeckner Metals UK. The site will be used as a new state-of-the-art stockholding and processing facility.
Kloeckner Metals UK is one of the leading metal stockholders and processing suppliers in the UK, which operates in all major market sectors across the UK.
The unit has been subject to a “back to the frame” refurbishment and represents one of the largest recent industrial lettings in Scotland.

Newbridge Link Industrial Estate is is one of Edinburgh’s premier industrial estates and occupies a prime location eight miles from Edinburgh City Centre and adjacent to the M8 and M9 motorways.
Other occupiers include CPD, Menzies Distribution, HSS Hire and Scania.
LSH represented Kloeckner Metals UK and the landlord was advised by CBRE.
