Will Caldwell from Knight Frank’s Cardiff office said: “NorDan was seeking quality office accommodation with a highly accessible location and was attracted to the building’s excellent M4 corridor location and the opportunity it provided to create an area to showcase its products, as well as a regional office for its employees. Copse Walk delivers on both requirements and proved an excellent solution.”

Lou Johnson, regional director at NorDan said: “NorDan is proud to be opening an office in Wales and this will continue to support our growth in the region. The showroom will be a place to bring customers and to showcase our product which we are very proud of. It will allow more social housing providers to come and discuss their requirements in the office and also enable more self-builders to come and immerse themselves in the quality product they’ll be choosing for their new home.”
