Acting on behalf of Sir Robert McAlpine Staff Pension & Life Assurance Scheme, specialist Cardiff commercial property agents Fletcher Morgan have sold Centre 7 at Cardiff Gate International Business Park, a 52,000 sq ft high quality office building located at the entrance to the Park, to the Welsh Government, who were advised by Chris Sutton of Sutton Consulting.
