Our client is seeking an experienced Building & Facilities Officer to assist with the management for 3 major sites in the Market Harborough area. You will be responsible for day to day management of cleaning, maintenance, security, concierge services whilst ensuring Health & Safety compliance. You will also manage the planned maintenance programmes and minor
