Acting on behalf of Banks, Investors & Developers the Professional Surveyor will be undertaking: – Valuation work Property & Asset Management Advise Transactions (both acquiring and disposing) Development Consultancy Rent Reviews & Lease Renewals Negotiations The suitable candidate will be MRICS Qualified, a Registered Valuer and have prior experience of working in the healthcare sector.
