    The Royal Bank of Scotland and Omnicom agree one of the largest central London office lettings in 2014

    The Royal Bank of Scotland and Omnicom have entered into an Agreement for Lease for Bankside 2 and Bankside 3, Southwark Street, SE1, London totalling 370,000 sq ft, until September 2027. This is the largest office letting in Southwark this year and the second largest in the Central London market. Omnicom is a leading global advertising and marketing communications services company listed on the New York Stock Exchange.     Atria Edinburgh, the City of Edinburgh Council’s landmark Grade A office development, has announced it has secured another new tenant for Atria One, resulting in level one being fully occupied. Global firm Aon, the largest insurance broker and provider of risk management services in the UK, has taken the final suite on level one of Atria One, comprising almost 4,900 sq ft of Grade A space, on a ten year Full Repairing and Insuring lease.
