New letting drives Langdon House near to full occupancy

A growing local company has expanded within Langdon House on the SA1 development in Swansea taking the landmark contemporary office building close to full occupancy.

National commercial property consultancy, Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has let a 2,350 sq ft suite to VRM which trades as Plates4Less and also occupies a 2,972 sq ft suite on the second floor.

Both suites are located within the Rotunda, the cylindrical end of the 40,345 sq ft Langdon House which, built in 2008, has offered SMEs high quality accommodation to buy or rent.

Only two units are now left in the BREEAM excellent property which located on Langdon Road is also the base for Peter Lynn & Partners solicitors, Jelf Group, Howells Solicitors, Bevan & Buckland accountants and Portfolio Financial Consultancy.

LSH and joint agents JLL are confident that demand for the remaining units will remain strong given the combination of high quality design and a highly desirable office location.

“A strong strategic location coupled with SA1’s continued and growing popularity as an established commercial and leisure destination is also contributing to the appeal of Langdon House,” says Tom Rees of LSH.

“There are cafés and bars on the door step within the SA1 waterfront development and Swansea city centre is only a five-minute walk away.”

“Transportation links are also good in all directions with the M4 just a 10-minute drive away,” adds Tom.
