Leading Midlands building consultancy The Construction Consultants (TCC) has added a new dimension to its building surveying team with the appointment of leasing and portfolio management specialist Hannah Tse as project co-ordinator.
Hannah has more than 10 years experience in leasing strategy and asset performance across many sectors, much of it in Hong Kong. Her appointment will add value to TCC’s clients by developing the consultancy’s project management and fit-out work to take a broader view of property lifecycles.
Hannah has worked in the Hong Kong offices of both Knight Frank and CBRE, and more recently was leasing manager with Henderson Development Agency in Hong Kong.
She holds a Masters in real estate from the University of Hong Kong as well as a BSc in property management.
She said, “I’m really pleased to be joining TCC and starting a new chapter in my career. I’m looking forward to developing my experience further and helping clients understand how leasing, project delivery and asset management can work together to create long-term value.”
