Harris Lamb appointed to market Indurent Park Stoke Central

Harris Lamb’s Commercial Agency team has been appointed as joint agent on Indurent’s multi-let industrial project in Stoke on Trent.

Work is well underway on the construction of Indurent Park Stoke Central, which will deliver ten high-specification industrial and logistics units within the sought-after Festival Park business region.

Harris Lamb and Mounsey Chartered Surveyors have been instructed to oversee enquiries around the development.

Andrew Groves, Director at Harris Lamb’s Stoke office, said that the 68,923 sq ft scheme, which has an anticipated completion this summer, sought to deliver first-class warehousing with sustainability and efficiency at the forefront of its design.

“Indurent Park Central has been designed for forward-thinking businesses seeking sustainable, flexible, well-appointed industrial and logistics solutions.

“Strategically located near the A500 with direct access to the UK motorway network courtesy of Junctions 15 and 16 of the M6, the development lies within the Ceramic Valley Enterprise Zone and forms part of the established 300-acre Festival Park.

“The high-quality units, ranging from 4,357 to 12,440 sq ft, will benefit from 8m eaves, ground-floor offices with WC and kitchenette and 24-hour access, he said.

Each warehouse will target an EPC A+ and BREEAM Very Good rating, with EV charging points, LED lighting for 75 per cent energy savings and rooftop solar panels.

“With steels already in place, work is progressing at a pace, and the scheme will be ready for occupation by the end of the summer. The units are available individually or can be combined to create a larger floor plate, and we anticipate strong interest in the opportunities from occupiers seeking future-proof solutions within a sought-after location,” added Andrew.
