Recruitment firm expands into larger offices in South Parade, Leeds

1st Select Ltd, a technical recruitment firm who specialise in property and commercial real estate and based in Leeds have moved to larger offices. They outgrew their previous office and have found new premises, with room for expansion.

Since the end of the first lockdown in June 2020 their market has steadily risen and 1st Select’s Leeds office hit capacity in August. They have moved into a prestigious landmark building and a more central location. Consort House on South Parade which is only a few minutes walk from Leeds City Station, a period office that has been stylishly fitted out to become an impressive work place and a new home to the 1st Select team.

Adam Levine, one of the directors of 1st Select says “It is a great opportunity to move into such a prominent building and to ensure that our expansion plans remain on track even in these uncertain times. Quite simply, we’ve outgrown our existing premises and this move is an exciting new progressive development for us.”

These are exciting times for 1st Select, not only are they moving to bigger offices but they have taken on several consultants to the already well-established team. With the addition of new sectors which include the built environment, fire and construction, they are excited to be moving into 2021 in a strong position.
