Three promotions as Burley Browne celebrates strongest year

L-R: Katie Mills, Ben Nicholson and Eleanor Robinson-Perkins have all been promoted by Burley Browne.

Commercial property consultancy Burley Browne has made a hat-trick of promotions across its agency and management teams following its strongest year to date.

Ben Nicholson has been promoted to director of industrial agency, Katie Mills to associate director within the property management division, and Eleanor Robinson-Perkins to senior surveyor in office agency by the West Midlands consultancy.

David Hemming, joint managing director of Birmingham-based Burley Browne, said: “These promotions recognise the strong individual performances of Ben, Katie and Eleanor, as well as their wider contribution to the business over the past 12 months.

“2025 was the strongest year in the firm’s history and these appointments reflect the role each has played in that success, alongside the excellent performance and contribution of the wider team.

“Ben has progressed with the business since joining as a graduate and it has been extremely rewarding to see his development into a director.

“Katie has been instrumental in driving the growth of our property management team, and we have supported her through to successful completion of a master’s degree in real estate, with RICS chartership now firmly in her sights. Eleanor has taken responsibility for the office agency team and has shown real leadership in driving the department forward.”

He added: “We have continued to grow year on year, with 2025 marking another record year for the firm. While we are proud of this progress, we remain focused on further growth, both in terms of our team and our geographic reach.”
