Ben Green, Director at Barker Storey Matthews commented “Haverhill has seen an increasing level of interest in recent months both from existing occupiers as well as those from outside the town. Stock levels of all sizes in Cambridge continue to deplete and, with larger units becoming increasingly rare within the city, occupiers are continuing to look to the surrounding towns and villages.”
