The announcement coincides with the appointment of Canning O’Neill as joint agents with WHR.

Speaking about the scheme, Conrad O’Neill, Director of Canning O’Neill, said: “196 Deansgate is a stunning period office building with a touch of class. The first and second floor accommodation is being sympathetically remodeled to create modern offices, whilst taking care to preserve and enhance its original features.

“With planning consent now obtained, the main refurbishment works will shortly go out to tender with completion scheduled for the end of the year.”

The quoting rental is £19.50 per sq ft.
