JLL Exeter expands as team prepare for office move

The Exeter team of leading property consultants JLL is expanding with the appointment of a new graduate surveyor.

Adelle Moore, who is originally from the South West, joins the hotels and hospitality team following a year at Knight Frank in London. She has recently moved back to the region to further her career with JLL.

Adelle has a keen interest in the leisure property market having obtained a degree in property and business from the University of the West of England. She will be supporting the senior team on a day-to-day basis with hotel agency, leisure and development work.

Adelle commented: “This move means a lot to me personally, bringing me back home to my family and West Country roots. It is also a very exciting and challenging opportunity for me to work with new clients in the region and become familiar with the local property landscape.

“I was attracted to JLL for its global commercial presence and the strong reputation it holds within the property market both nationally and regionally.”

John Kinsey, lead director for the South West hotels and hospitality team, said: “I am extremely pleased to welcome Adelle to the team; she joins us on the back of a very successful year and what’s already been a busy start to 2015.

“We are expanding our private client base in the hotel, public house and leisure sector and Adelle will be a key resource to this growth.”

Adelle is currently studying towards her Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) qualification which will see her become a chartered surveyor.

Her appointment forms part of the company’s expansion plans, which will see its entire operation move to The Senate, Southernhay in March 2015.
