Bruton Knowles, one of the UK’s leading and oldest property consultancies, continues to strengthen its Cardiff offering with the appointment of Associate Aled Jenkins, Commercial Surveyor Tessa Newton and Property Assistant Ramla Mohamed.
Led by the firm’s Partner Mike Rees and Associate Angus Taylor, the Cardiff office is enjoying a strong period, combining the expansion of the team with new business wins.
Joining the team from rival agency Alder King, Aled Jenkins will be instrumental in leading the business consultancy team within his role as an Associate. With eight years’ experience at Alder King and four at EC Harris before that, Aled brings a wealth of experience with him including local authority work for Welsh Government, commercial work with brands such as Boots, McDonalds and RBS as well as experience with student housing developers working with Law of Property Act receivers.
Aled said of his appointment: “This is a hugely exciting opportunity for me and I’m keen to use my broad range of experience to develop the team and client base here at Bruton Knowles.”
Tessa joins following four years within the commercial property sector at the West End Office Agency team at DTZ and Stiles Harold Williams. She will be focusing on Bruton Knowles’ commercial agency and professional projects, and said: “I’m delighted to have joined Bruton Knowles at such an exciting time and I’m looking forward to the projects ahead.”
As the team’s new property assistant, Cardiff resident Ramla will be working alongside the residential and land development team as a referencer and project co-ordinator. She joins with ample experience, notably from her time working for Serco.
