Cranstoun secures new Derby city centre premises following successful acquisition

BB&J Commercial has announced the successful acquisition of the First Floor, Aspire House, Sitwell Street, Derby, Derbyshire, DE1 1TA on behalf of Cranstoun, a nationally recognised social justice and harm reduction charity dedicated to supporting individuals, families and communities to lead healthier, safer and more fulfilling lives.

Cameron Godfrey, Surveyor at BB&J Commercial, acted on behalf of Cranstoun throughout the acquisition process, securing the city centre premises to support the organisation’s continued growth and delivery of its essential services across Derby and the surrounding area.

He commented: “It has been an absolute pleasure acting on behalf of Cranstoun in securing their new premises at Aspire House. From the outset, it was clear how important this move was in supporting the organisation’s future ambitions and ensuring they can continue delivering their invaluable services throughout Derby and beyond.

Cranstoun’s commitment to helping people overcome challenges, improve their wellbeing and create positive futures is truly inspiring. Working alongside an organisation that has such a meaningful impact within our communities has been incredibly rewarding and reinforces the importance of what we do as property professionals.

Transactions such as these are always a team effort, and I would like to extend my sincere thanks to everyone involved in helping bring this acquisition to a successful conclusion. In particular, I would like to thank Lee Smith and Jamie Madeley at Sigma Architects, along with Sally Walters from Armsons Barlow, for their support, expertise and collaborative approach throughout the transaction. Their professionalism and commitment were greatly appreciated and played a key role in making this move possible. We wish the entire team at Cranstoun every success in their new home at Aspire House.”
