South Birmingham industrial estate brought to market for £1.45million

A multi-let industrial estate in south Birmingham offering scope for rental growth has been brought to market with an asking price of £1.45 million.

Parkview Industrial Estate, on Pershore Road South in Kings Norton, is being marketed by Birmingham based commercial property agents Shepherd Commercial.

The estate comprises eight units providing approximately 21,215 sq ft in total. One unit, of around 1,119 sq ft, is vacant, while the remaining units are let to sitting tenants.

The site benefits from 49 dedicated car parking spaces and direct access onto the A441, six miles from Birmingham city centre and within easy reach of the M42 and A38.

Shepherd Commercial said the mix of income, a vacant unit and leases due for renewal provide potential buyers with real scope to add value through active asset management.

It comes after Shepherd Commercial, which has been operating for more than 25 years, secured high-value instructions across the Midlands in recent months, including bringing a 4-acre former recycling site in Cradley Heath to market at £2.8 million, alongside freehold disposals such as a 10-acre site in Melton Mowbray and a 205,000 sq ft industrial property in Gloucestershire.

Kaine Arkinson, Managing Director at Shepherd Commercial, said: “Parkview represents a fantastic opportunity to acquire a multi-let industrial estate in an established Birmingham location.

“The mix of sitting tenants, one vacant unit and leases coming up for renewal gives a purchaser real scope to grow income over time.

“We are applying the same exit-focused thinking we bring to every instruction, looking at the estate’s long-term potential rather than treating this as a single transaction.”
