Leading commercial contractor Zenith Flooring has opened a Midlands base in Redditch, with the support of commercial property agents John Truslove.
From its headquarters in Castleford, West Yorkshire, the company has built up a customer base of blue-chip clients including Ford, JCB, Komatsu, ASDA, Tesco, Toolstation and Stena Line over the past quarter of a century.
Led by director Gareth Hart since 2018, the company has become the go-to resin flooring contractor for many UK businesses.
Now, working with James Haynes at John Truslove, the firm has established its first base outside of Yorkshire, on the Manorside Industrial Estate in Redditch.
The company has secured a five-year lease on 553 sq ft of space at Unit 9, on Walkers Road, at £8,250 per annum.
Zenith is already building its reputation in the region, with a recent project to install a new decorative flake flooring system for a well-known car repair television show, based in the West Midlands.
