Erdgard has announced a major construction milestone at its flagship Central Point scheme in Walsall, being developed in conjunction with a Richardson family business. The structural steel frame and external cladding is complete, and the floor slab is about to be poured.
The milestone marks a critical transition in the construction timeline, bringing the development out of the ground to showcase the definitive scale, high specification and build quality of the completed scheme. Once finished, Central Point will provide modern industrial and logistics space designed to meet strong regional occupier demand.

Works will proceed with building envelope completion and internal fit-out over the coming months, ahead of a target completion date in February 2027.
