Global Holdings Management Group, the international real estate and development company, has announced the signing of three new lettings totalling 23,292 sq ft to take its Twenty Two Upper Ground building to fully let.
Leading the way is The British Film Institute (BFI) who are relocating their head office to London’s South Bank after signing a 10-year lease to occupy 7,741 sq ft on the first floor.
Meanwhile, managed workspace provider Frameworks have taken 7,797 sq ft of space on the third floor on a 5-year lease. With locations across London, Frameworks works with organisations across a wide range of sectors; from global consultancies and scale-ups to political parties and NGOs to offer adaptable workspaces which meet their changing needs.
Finally, security provider Verisure has agreed a 10-year lease to occupy 7,754 sq ft on the fourth floor, selecting Twenty Two Upper Ground for its new London headquarters.
The signings of BFI, Frameworks, and Verisure follow the recent arrivals of financial consultancy CFGI, business management consultants Analysys Mason, and healthcare company Lucid Group to Twenty Two Upper Ground.
As part of the Sea Containers development, Twenty Two Upper Ground offers 62,258 sq ft of high-quality office space spread across eight floors, with occupiers positioned close to key transport links and the South Bank’s array of amenities.
Each floor at Twenty Two Upper Gound is fully fitted to meet occupier requirements, with access to a range of amenities within the Sea Containers complex, including bookable meeting rooms, bedrooms, restaurants, and bars.
Adjacent to this is Global Holdings Management Group’s Barge Crescent, a 35,000 sq ft riverside development which was let to leading design practice BDP earlier this year.
Josh Lawrence, Chief Executive of Global Holdings Management Group UK, said: “The lettings to BFI, Frameworks, and Verisure mark a major milestone for Twenty Two Upper Ground as we reach full occupancy. Over the past couple of years, we have worked closely with our asset and development management teams to create a dynamic hub for businesses on London’s South Bank and this has been proven by the calibre of occupiers who are now located across Sea Containers.
“These high-quality workspaces have been designed with employees in mind, and with strong transport connections and an abundance of amenities on their doorstep, we have created an environment for businesses to thrive and attract the best talent.”
Bluebook and USP are the appointed leasing agents for Twenty Two Upper Ground. Complete Office Search acted for BFI, Making Moves for Frameworks and Colliers for Verisure.
