Sir Richard Sutton Limited partners with Beaumont in Mayfair to focus on delivering premium central London flexible workspace

Sir Richard Sutton Limited (SRSL) has signed a management agreement with flexible workspace provider Beaumont Services Ltd (Beaumont) at Red Wolf House, 5 Bolton Street, Mayfair, London. Colliers advised SRSL on the transaction.

The deal is the second Mayfair location by Beaumont, who operate 10 locations across London.

The company will offer a full range of high-end, flexible workspace products including private office suites, meeting rooms, communal work areas, lounges and support services.

SRSL has been keen to have direct exposure to the growing flexible workspace sector, which has experienced increased attention as a result of changing workspace requirements in the wake of the Covid-19 pandemic.
