Colliers has recruited specialist valuations advisor Alistair Johnstone, to co-head its Central London Valuations team.
Alistair has more than 20 years’ experience and is well known in the market, advising REITS, private investors and banks. He joins from Knight Frank where he was a partner and prior to that he worked at CBRE, in London and San Francisco. Alistair’s skillset and experience in flexible offices, complex projects and discounted cash flow valuations will bolster Colliers’ capabilities in these important and topical areas.

Colliers has valued more than £10billion of transactions within central London over the past five years for acquisition, financial reporting and loan security purposes. Martyn joined Colliers in 2018 to establish the City Valuation team and has developed strong relationships with both domestic and international clients.
