The City Agency team at Colliers International has secured a lease assignment on the 12th floor of 1 Angel Court in London EC2, to Bank Leumi on behalf of client CIBT UK.
Bank Leumi, a boutique lender, has agreed an assignment on the 8,746 sq ft floor and will relocate from 20 Stratford Place, W1, to 1 Angel Court, which is a recent mixed-use development of over 300,000 sq ft. One of the most recognised prime buildings in the City core, it is home to several other occupiers including Borg Warner, Bupa, Ripple and Equifax.
