Tungsten Properties promotes David Mole and appoints Ashleigh Hayes as associate development director

Tungten Properties has promoted David Mole and appointed Ashleigh Hayes into its growing team

Tungsten Properties, one of the UK’s leading mid-box industrial and warehouse developers, has promoted David Mole to development director and appointed Ashleigh Hayes as associate development director.

David joined Tungsten Properties in November 2017 and previously worked at Colliers International and Deloitte Real Estate. David is involved in many of Tungsten’s new developments which include Greenland Road, Sheffield, Union Park, Leighton Buzzard and Tungsten Park, Witney.

Ashleigh is an RICS qualified surveyor and has seven years’ development experience. She has joined from Prologis where she was in their development and leasing team. Prior to that she worked at JLL and BNP Paribas. Ashleigh will be the fifth development surveyor to join the business and will be part of the team responsible for delivering the company’s committed 2.3 million+ sq ft pipeline, as well as sourcing new development opportunities.
