Global real estate advisor Colliers International has appointed its first apprentice in its Bristol office – as well as announcing a raft of graduate appointments and promotions.

Apprentice Eleanor Osborn has joined the firm as a trainee building surveyor, immediately after completing her A Levels at St. Laurence School in Bradford on Avon.

University of the West of England graduates Harry Barlow and Alex van den Bogerd have also joined Colliers International, as graduate surveyors in the valuations and advisory and industrial and logistics teams respectively.

Meanwhile Bristol University graduate Carolina Green has been promoted to assistant facilities manager in Colliers’ Bristol office.

Tim Davies, Head of Colliers International in the South West and Wales, said: “Our appointment of Eleanor is a milestone for the office and goes to prove that there is more than one route into a successful career in commercial property.

“Together with Harry, Alex and Carolina, I’m sure Eleanor will prove to be an excellent addition to the team and we are delighted to be able to support them all in their professional development.”
