Four industrial units in Greater Manchester totalling almost 27,000 sq ft have been let by real estate advisors Colliers International.
The deals achieved by the industrial and logistics team at the Manchester office of Colliers are:
10,475 sq ft at Unit 10, Dane Road Industrial Estate, Sale on a five-year lease to Floorbrite, on behalf of industrial and flooring specialist ABS Brymar, following the recent relocation of ABS Brymar to 14,457 sq ft premises on Chorley North Industrial Park in another deal brokered by Colliers;
a 5,364 sq ft unit at Lyntown Trading Estate, Eccles on a five-year letting to Sovini Trade Suppliers, on behalf of Langtree – a deal that means the estate of 20 industrial/warehouse units is now fully occupied with one 10,500 sq ft unit coming back in February 2019.
the 2,670 sq ft Unit 1 at Stowell Technical Park, Lord Byron Square, Salford, on a three-year letting at £5.50 per sq ft to Dancefloor Ltd, on behalf of HDAK;
and the 8,516 sq ft Unit 1 at Wharfside, Trafford Park, Manchester, acquired on behalf of a private client on a 10-year lease at £6.75 per sq ft, with fellow real estate advisors CBRE acting for the landlord.
Nathan Khanverdi, industrial and logistics at the Manchester office of Colliers, secured all four lettings and said: “These deals reflect ongoing demand for small industrial units from ambitious and growing firms unaffected by Brexit-related uncertainty, causing investment decisions in other areas of the economy to be postponed”.
