Planning in for Trebor and Hillwood’s first site following strategic partnership, at Western Approach

Trebor Developments, working in conjunction with its strategic partner Hillwood, have submitted a detailed planning application for a 244,000 sq ft industrial scheme, which will be developed at the South West’s prime logistics location. Central Approach is less than 1 mile from the new Junction 1 of the M49 motorway, providing fast and easy access to the M4 and M5 motorways.

The submission of planning will allow the development to be available for occupation during the third quarter of 2019. The scheme will be developed in a single phase offering three units of 134,000 sq ft, 77,000 sq ft and 34,000 sq ft.

Bob Tattrie, Managing Partner, of Trebor Developments commented: “We are delighted to bring forward this scheme on our fast track basis, the submission of this planning application leads to the next step in delivering this exciting new speculative development. The units will be available to lease or purchase to meet occupier needs in size ranges not readily available in the location.”

The acquisition was the first between the partners following the announcement in March at MIPIM that Trebor had entered into a long term strategic partnership with Hillwood to undertake industrial and logistics developments across the UK.
