NFU Mutual, advised jointly by Savills and MWRE, has let The Cube on Bransworth Avenue in Brinklow, Milton Keynes to Mercedes-Benz.
The global automobile brand has agreed to a new 10-year lease for warehouse space totalling 93,707 sq ft (8,705 sq m) and will pay an annual rent of £670,005. Mercedes-Benz plan to use the unit for parts storage and distribution.
Toby Green, director in the industrial & logistics team at Savills, comments: “The Cube offers extensively refurbished warehouse accommodation in a well-established industrial location with excellent access to J13 and 14 of the M1. There continues to be a significant lack of supply of good quality mid box units in Milton Keynes and along the M1 and this provided Mercedes-Benz with an opportunity to acquire space close to their existing Milton Keynes facility.”
