Go Outdoors hikes into Brunel Retail Park, Reading

Aberdeen Standard Investments, represented by real estate advisors Edgerley Simpson Howe and Savills, has let a unit at Brunel Retail Park in Reading to Go Outdoors.

The outdoor clothing retailer has agreed a new 20 year lease for the 20,410 sq ft (1,896 sq m) store at an annual rent of £400,000. Go Outdoors are due to open the refurbished unit on 17th March.

Brunel Retail Park offer 120,000 sq ft (11,148 sq m) of retail space across 13 units, with occupiers including Next, B&M, Laura Ashley, Pets at Home, Dreams, Costa.
