The Birmingham office of national commercial property consultancy Lambert Smith Hampton (LSH) has expanded its building consultancy team with the appointment of Rob Green as a surveyor. The appointment gives LSH one of the largest surveying teams in the city.
Rob joins LSH from Malcolm Hollis where he worked for three years, mainly in dilapidations, before passing his RICS Assessment of Professional Competence.
He graduated from Nottingham Trent University in 2008, having previously worked in the telecommunications industry.
Alexa Cotterell, Head of Building Consultancy at LSH’s Birmingham office said, “The Building Consultancy team has seen an expanding workload over recent months which is bucking the general trend against a backdrop of consolidation in the construction industry. We are pleased to have Rob on board and he will undertake a wide range of building surveying duties.”
