Office building is fully let following a hat trick of deals at Parkview House

Savills, on behalf of New Homes Law and Tees Law, has acquired office space at Parkview House on Victoria Road South in Chelmsford, Essex from Royal Sun Alliance.

New Homes Law, the firm specialising in conveyancing services, has agreed to a new nine-year lease for 7,527 sq ft (699 sq m) on part of the first floor of the three storey office building. Subsequently, Tees Law, who specialise in agricultural, financial and legal services, has also agreed to a new nine-year lease for space totalling 5,648 sq ft (524 sq m) on the remaining part of the first floor.

These deals follow the letting to Savills Chelmsford office, who now occupy 4,872 sq ft (452 sq m) on the ground floor of Parkview House.

The firm also advised Stonebond Properties on the purchase of the freehold interest held on its former premises at 132 -136 New London Road.

Michael Storrs, associate director in the business space team at Savills Chelmsford, comments: “Situated in the heart of Chelmsford town centre, Parkview House offers Grade A office space in a highly accessible and central location. It is testament to the properties strong credentials that it is now fully let. The business is very happy in its new home and it is an added bonus that we were able to source off market a suitable purchaser for our former property on New London Road.”
