New occupier for unique office building in Bristol

St Vincent’s Works, a distinctive office building in Bristol, has been let to film production company Screenology.

The Grade II* listed building, together with a gatehouse to the rear, has been let on a new 10-year lease by Colliers International, which represented the private landlord.

St Vincent’s, just 10 minutes’ walk from Temple Meads station, has impressive, original period features including a two-storey entrance hall beneath a glazed dome. It has recently undergone a substantial refurbishment to provide modern facilities for occupiers.

“This letting marks an excellent start to what promises to be another strong year for the office market in the city centre,” said Alfie Passingham of the National Offices team in the Bristol office of Colliers International.

“One of the building’s key qualities is its location within the Temple Quarter Enterprise Zone, an area that continues to attract occupiers looking to be based amongst new and exciting development.”

Screenology’s Hubs Director, Fiona Cassidy said: “We are delighted with our move to this special building and the possibilities for growth that it offers.”
