Birmingham independent commercial property agency KWB has acquired one of the most sought after, prime office development sites in Solihull, adjacent to Birmingham International Railway Station.

Acting on behalf of a private owner occupier client, Mark Robinson, Director in KWB’s Office Agency Team acquired T4, Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Solihull, B37 7ES, from Aberdeen Asset Management for an undisclosed sum.

T4 is a one acre development site with planning permission for a 45,000 sq ft office building, located next to T3, a 50,000 sq ft office building, and part of the Trinity Park office development.

Mr Robinson says: “T4 is one of the few prime office development sites left in Solihull. It could not be in a better position in what has become one of, if not, the most important office location in the Midlands, situated as it is adjacent to Birmingham International Station, and very close to the A45 Coventry Road and Junction 6 of the M42, Birmingham Airport and the NEC.

“Many have tried and failed to acquire this site for a number of years, but through hard work and persistence we finally managed to unlock it. Our client plans to build out the site as a prime Grade A headquarters building for self-occupation.”
