Chartered Surveyors and Commercial Property Advisors, Flude Commercial, welcome Rebecca Spokes to their Sussex-based team. Rebecca is a Chartered Commercial Property Surveyor with experience in retail and business space agency, development consultancy and lease advisory.
Rebecca has worked across Sussex for a variety of clients, including private individuals, pension funds and propcos. She qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016 with another private sector surveying practice, and worked in the public sector prior to that. She is the RICS Matrics Sussex Chairperson for 2017/2018, playing a central role in promoting the profession and inspiring the next generation of surveyors.
Rebecca joins Flude Commercial’s professional and lease advisory department and will be based in their Brighton office.
