A property firm established in Gloucester in 1862 has become a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP).

As of 1 November 2017, Bruton Knowles, which has its headquarters at Olympus House, Gloucester and has a network of 13 regional offices, will officially become a Limited Liability Partnership – a move which will support the growth of the company.

Patrick Downes, Managing Partner at the fast-expanding firm said: “Bruton Knowles’ success has been driven by the ambition, vision and passion to help clients realise value and enhance their capital worth.

“We now see the transition to LLP status as a means to push the business forward even further.

“The main reason for the change to LLP has been the ability to grow the practice in a structured way and the move is consistent with professional practices within our industry.

“I firmly believe it will both enhance the Bruton Knowles brand and the environment within which to succeed. In addition, it will bolster plans to expand, helping us to attract new talent.

“We will continue delivering advice of the highest standards to our growing client base, with the support of our vastly experienced and professional teams.”
