Fareham offices acquired for personal injury lawyers

South Coast commercial property consultants Hellier Langston have acquired the freehold of  Fareham Point, town  centre  office building in Fareham form for Hayward Baker Solicitors.

Hayward Baker have established themselves as one of the largest Personal Injury specialists in the Southampton and Portsmouth areas over the last decade.

The landmark 12,580 sq ft (1,169 sq m) detached  building was built in the early 1990s and is arranged over 4 floors has been acquired  to allow the continued growth and expansion of the firm.
