Far Eastern investment in Bromsgrove boosts A38 Technology Corridor

A key player in the A38 Technology Corridor has attracted yet further overseas involvement into the West Midlands property sector.

Java House, Isidore Road, Bromsgrove Enterprise Park, has been speculatively developed by Singaporean investors and is currently being marketed to let by agents John Truslove and KWB.

The Far East connection is a further boost to the region, following growing investment from Chinese interests.

Java House, a brand new 6,000 sqft Grade A office building with 24 parking spaces, is part of the most recently developed phase. The specification includes full raised floors, suspended ceilings incorporating recessed LED lighting, air-conditioning and aluminium-framed double glazed windows.

Ben Truslove, a director of John Truslove, said: “It is top drawer, energy efficient accommodation which lends itself to being a prestigious Head Office or Regional HQ.

“This is a unique opportunity for an occupier looking to acquire brand new offices in the region. The Bromsgrove-Redditch axis is making a significant push to attract technology companies to the heart of England, with speculative developments of this quality being a key factor.”

Java House is available immediately and, whilst it lends itself to a single occupier, the building has been flexibly configured such that it can be let on a floor by floor basis.

Leases are on offer for five or more years at an asking rent of £15 per square foot.

Bromsgrove Enterprise Park was part of the vision of former regional development agency, Advantage West Midlands, seen as a key site and fundamental to the strategic development of the A38 Technology Corridor which stretches from Aston University to Malvern Science Park.

Bromsgrove Enterprise Park is conveniently located approximately one mile south of Bromsgrove’s centre, in close proximity to the town’s railway station, and with easy access from the A38 to the motorway network, both the M5 and M42 being just three miles distant.
