MEPC has agreed a 15 year lease at Milton Park to CCF, the leading insulation and interior building products distributor, also part of the Travis Perkins plc group. The new branch will support specifiers and contractors in the area to access an unrivalled range of products, availability, and expert knowledge.
The opening of the new premises at 124 Olympic Avenue, Milton Park in Oxfordshire, has created eight new jobs for the local area. The 27,785 sq ft (2,581 sq m) warehouse has been fully refurbished and comprises two electric loading doors, a service yard, secure compound and office facilities. The branch stocks an extensive range of insulation, drywall, ceilings, flooring, fire protection and partitioning. In addition, this service package is backed by a swift delivery fleet to meet the demand for reliable on-site deliveries.
Overall, Milton Park boasts 1,350,000 sq ft of industrial space. 150,000 sq ft of this is available across two buildings: 183 Park Drive (60,000 sq ft) and 187 Park Drive (90,000 sq ft).
