Leading Bristol property specialists Bruton Knowles has strengthened its Great George Street team with the appointment of graduate surveyor Benjamin Fish.

Originally from Warwick, Benjamin joins the firm after completing a property investment and management degree at UWE.

He is familiar with the Bristol area and is already involved in valuations, agency, landlord and tenant and property management.

Benjamin carried out four months of work experience at Hadlands Chartered Surveyors in Northampton, gaining valuable industry experience before taking the opportunity to join Bruton Knowles in Bristol.

He said: “Given the significant increase in commercial property activity across the country this is a particularly exciting time to be entering the industry.”

Team Leader Paul Matthews said: “Benjamin’s appointment is timely given the Bristol team’s fast expanding workload.

“Bristol’s commercial and residential sectors are booming and we have had to make a number of new appointments to keep pace – especially with valuations of property for development, investment and secured lending purposes.”

Bruton Knowles are currently recruiting graduate surveyors in Gloucester, Birmingham and other offices around the country.
