Crabtree Office Village, Egham, Surrey acquired by private investor

A private investor, represented by Helix Property Advisors, has purchased the freehold investment of Crabtree Office Village in Egham, Surrey from Rowlandson Properties Limited.

The 19,737 sq ft development of eight individual office properties located close to the M25 motorway was purchased for £4.3 million and the transaction reflects a yield of 6.3%.

CBRE represented the vendor.
