Colliers bolsters shopping centre management expertise with two new appointments

Colliers International‘s Birmingham office has made two new appointments in its Investment Property Management (IPM) team, further bolstering its expertise in shopping centre management.

Experienced Shopping Centre Manager, Victoria Aspinall (nee Goodwin) joins Colliers International as an Associate Director from Cushman and Wakefield. During her career, Victoria has worked on a number of schemes on behalf of clients such as Aviva, Crown Estates and Tesco Pension Trustees, to name just a few. Victoria will join the expanding Shopping Centre team within Colliers’ IPM division and will be based in the Birmingham office, from which the team manages over 33 shopping centres across the country.

Also joining Colliers’ IPM team in Birmingham is Mohamed Ali. Mo joins as a Graduate and will be working as an on-site Property Manager for the Canal Riverside Trust’s Warwick Bar scheme. Mo has a BSc in Construction Management from Nottingham Trent University.
