Business park set to expand after sale of units

A Dorset business park is proving so popular that it is set to expand following the sale of two units and with the last one under offer.

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major successful negotiated the sale of the units at Glenmore Business Park, Blandford, to Dean Teversham Roofing Ltd for £220,000.

Myddelton & Major senior surveyor Rachael Ward said: “This sale demonstrates market confidence at present and proves the attractiveness of this park for businesses.

“With unit 12 also under offer, the park is 100% occupied.

“There has also been additional planning permission granted for further units and interested parties should make enquiries with Myddelton & Major or joint agents Goadsby & Symonds & Sampson.”

Glenmore Business Park is on the Higher Shaftesbury Road, which has direct access to the A350 Blandford Bypass and A354 Salisbury Road.

Dean Teversham Roofing Ltd is a well-established family run roofing business operating throughout the south of the country and based in Sturminster Newton, Dorset.

The firm’s units form part of a new development of business units and provide ground and first floor accommodation for office use or for light workshop/assembly.
