Goadsby complete letting of 33 Sea Road, Boscombe

Acting on behalf of private clients, Goadsby have completed the letting of 33 Sea Road, Boscombe to Mr Stephen Fatuga who will open the retail premises as a café.

The subject premises comprise a ground floor retail sales area together with further ancillary storage via a basement. The quoting rental was £8,000 per annum, exclusive.
