Demand for barn style offices continue to improve

Unit 4 Mill Court, The Sawmills, Durley, Southampton, has been sold to software company Data Freight who provide a system for the import and export industry.

Data Freight outgrew their previous office in Swanmore and were searching for a good quality, attractive property to support their growing team and successful business. The Sawmills is a recognised office estate in a semi rural location that matched their requirements.

Primmer Olds disposed of the premises which also included a simultaneous surrender of a lease that was in place.

Patrick Mattison commented “Demand for semi rural barn style offices is getting stronger and stronger with no signs of falling away. So many businesses see a property of this type as such a strong match for their needs because of the working environment, less congestion when commuting by car and also the availability of on-site parking. What we are missing is the supply to match demand!”
