Research company pins down new offices

Property consultancy Myddelton & Major has brought another new tenant into Minton Distribution Park in Amesbury.

Partner Dean Speer successfully negotiated a new five-year lease with Stephenson Research Ltd for modern, purpose-built offices in Minton House.

Myddelton & Major is the sole letting agent on Minton Distribution Park for landlord The Minton Group.

Dean said: “Stephenson Research joins such businesses as Countrywide Farmers, the Mears Group and Malvern Instruments at Minton House.

“High-quality office suites of the calibre in Minton House are becoming increasing in demand.

“Space is decreasing at Minton House as more occupiers move in. Another unit is already under offer and we anticipate completing that transaction shortly.

“Businesses are urged to act quickly to secure the remaining suites.”

Stephenson Research took office 6a on the second floor of the three-storey landmark complex, which is in a prominent position at the entrance of the park in London Road.

Minton Houses’s purpose-built suites are open plan and have air conditioning, central heating, WC facilities and fitted carpets.

Remaining suites offer a range of space, from 1129 sq ft (105 sq m) to 1951 sq ft (181 sq m) with rents of £7,500, £7,850, £12,250 and £12,700 per annum.

Stephenson Research specialises in executive recruitment and search services across a range of industries, including recruitment companies, corporate clients and the not-for-profit sector.

Minton Distribution Park is the former NAAFI headquarters and extends over 13.5 acre (5.5 hectares).

It is a mixed use complex of warehouse, industrial and office. It has round-the-clock security guarding and is conveniently close to the A303.

Companies on the park employ nearly 200 people.

TNT Fireworks and Event Visual are among the businesses to move onto the park this year.

Other tenants at the park include agricultural supply business H&C Pearce & Sons and Europe’s leading grower and packer of ready-to-eat salads, Vitacress.
