James Cubitt, a Director in Colliers International’s Birmingham Valuation team has been appointed Chairman of the Midlands’ branch of the Investment Property Forum (IPF).
The IPF is the leading individual membership organisation for those involved in the UK Property Investment Market and has over 2,000 members nationwide.
James was handed the role of Chairman and delivered his inaugural speech at the IPF Midlands Region Dinner on the 16th October, which was attended by 620 industry grandees, including two tables of representatives from Colliers International and their guests. Comedian Hugh Dennis provided the after dinner entertainment.
James will hold the role of Chairman for two years.
