Flexibility key to brace of sales on popular business park

Two more office units at Wheatstone Court on the popular Waterwells Business Park near Gloucester have been sold by Colliers International and joint agent Ash & Co – leaving just one self-contained office available.

National offices director James Preece said Unit 12 has been sold to Limbird Ltd and Unit 13 to a private individual.

He said: “Gloucestershire businesses have jumped at the chance to acquire their own self-contained offices rather than rely on the rental market.

“Wheatstone Court is ideally located to take advantage of the local motorway network as well as offering good access to Gloucester city centre.”

The last remaining Units; 10 and 14, offer 2,220 sq ft each. The space is efficient open plan as well as having on-site parking and is available on a freehold basis.

Simon McKeag (Partner at Ash & Co) concluded: “Demand for smaller office space has sharpened and the flexibility and quality of the offices at Wheatstone Court is key to their appeal.”
