GVA completes letting to Halls at 1 Kings Court, Worcester

Leading property adviser, GVA, has completed a letting at 1 Kings Court, Worcester, to Halls Midlands LLP, one of the region’s most well-known firms of estate agents, chartered surveyors, auctioneers and valuers.

The letting, which comprises a 3,882 sq ft self-contained suite and represents part of the ground floor, has been secured on a ten-year lease.  The quoting rent for 1 Kings Court is £15.50 per sq ft.

Halls Midlands LLP will relocate both the residential and commercial elements of its business from its current office in Worcester City Centre.

Having recently undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to Grade A standard, the modern, three-storey 1 Kings Court remains one of the area’s best options for commercial accommodation. Only two suites totalling 13,163 sq ft are still available in the building, following the recent letting of 4,104 sq ft to Siemens, underscoring the popularity of 1 Kings Court as an office destination.
