Emanuel Jones acting on behalf of the Landlord has agreed the letting of 47 Commercial Street to Mr. Chris Lapping on the basis of a new 5 year full repairing and insuring lease at a rental of £10,000 per annum.
Emanuel Jones represented the landlord and the tenant represented himself in this transaction. Tomas Souto of Emanuel Jones commented ‘This letting shows there is still some demand in Valley towns, subject to the parties being flexible in their approach.’ The letting was also achieved by Emanuel Jones’ pro-active marketing in pinpointing tenants who have the ability to relocate in specific towns and who will look at alternative opportunities.
